Location was great, walking distance to restaurants, right off highway but set back off road so it was quiet. Walking distance to miniature golf. Short drive to shopping. more

I have used this hotel on several occasions and have always had excellent service. The staff is friendly and eager to help, and the sales department is outstanding. The rooms are clean and well-maintained and the price is extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend them. more

We have stayed in this hotel several times in the past few years and this time is the only time I have any complaints. Some kids were running up and down the halls kinda late. Stayed a night after visiting relatives and chose this hotel as I have twin 4 year old sons and it was relatively cheaper than the surround Polaris hotels and it had a pool. Thank you for your comments regarding your stay. Thanks for your compliments on our amenities. Unfortunately some smokers still think that smoking in a non-smoking room is not that big of a deal. We do charge a penalty fee for smoking, but the smoke is still left for the next guest. We will continue to better communicate with our associates...

We visited Columbus mainly for my sons birthday so we could hang out at COSI for the day and swim in the hotel's indoor heated pool. 2007, 2008, 2009 were brought in at the Comfort Inn. We enjoy spending the evening at Magic Mountain (New Year's eve party for families) next door, walk back to hotel, swim and enjoy the hot tub until 10:00.
