Upon arrival at 3am, the gentleman at the front desk was extremely personable and helpful.
Getting off the elevator i was a bit worried because the hallways carried a cigarette aroma, and worried that even though our hotel room was marked, "NON-SMOKING" it would still carry a smoked fragrance.

this was very disappointing. bed sheets had STREAKS, not little spots but STREAKS. paint was chipping off, spider web right outside the bathroom door and no one bothered to vacuum our room obviously.
the front desk was rude and when we showed them the problems we got a "whatever, here you go" to another room that was nearly as bad....

Just spent three days in Cleveland and stayed at America's Best Value Inn.
It was great...inexpensive, clean and quiet...worked out just great for what we wanted to do.

I have stayed at this hotel many times when I visit inlaws in Ohio. This is very convenient to many shopping ,dining, business ,and airport activities... and the price you cant beat it... My room was older but it was clean and many moons ago I was a hotel maid so I know how to look for good or bad......
