Staff (with exception of lady who kept hovering over us at breakfast) was polite and helpful. Hotel is average at best. Many rooms open directly to the outside. Excellent stay. Rooms were reasonably priced and the front desk and housekeeping staf very friendly. Stuck in Bowling Green during a snow storm. One of the employees actually helped dig my car out of the snow. more
