“Room cleaing once a week !!!”

I was suppose to stay at this hotel for about 6 months. However when i found that the hotel does not provide breakfast and the rooms would be cleaned only once a week, i moved out and found a better hotel nearby. Otherwise the rooms are just OK. Will not recommend this hotel for a long stay.

“Pleasant stay!”

Our stay at Homestead Suites was very pleasant. It was comfortable and peaceful. The front desk clerk was so helpful and courteous from the time I came through the front door until we left the the next day. We will definitely stay there again with our next trip to Cleveland.

“Stay here for the best service”

My stay at homestead suite was one of the best experience I had I awhile at a hotel. Come here if you want up feel like you are home..... The rooms are clean bed and pillows are Both comfortable. I had booked on line but when we got there I was asked about my reason for my stay, I explained that my wife was going to the Cleveland Clinic and then was told about the discount for the Clinic. “Wonderful Staff”

We stayed 3 nights, and from the time we checked in to the time we checked out the staff was helpful, wonderful and friendly. They answered all our questions and did everything they could to make our stay great. The rooms were clean it was quiet and a very enjoyable stay thank you all so much

“Nice Upgrades - Great Value”

The recently renovated rooms are excellent. The rooms now have a very modern look and feel. The price point combined with these new amenities makes this hotel one of the best choices for this part of Cleveland. I stay at this property weekly and feel it is a great value.

“Great Location, Good Price, Not So Great Service”

I picked this hotel because it was a great location near the customer's office and there is a grocery store close (Giant Eagle about 1 mile on Chagrin) and plenty of delis and restaurants close (Red Lobster is within walking distance). “Really Bad Hotel”

Not clean. Cigarette burns in the sheets/quilt. You call that a quilt? It felt like cardboard. Towels felt like sandpaper. This hotel spared no expense... er... they paid no expense to keep the rooms nice. If you like retro though, it looks like it was last decorated in 1982.
