Well, Where to begin. For a 4.5 Star hotel i was not very impressed. To start off, took a good few mins to open the door the the room, The lock had problems. During the Stay these things were noticed. 2 Lights in the room did not work, The Hot and Cold indicator on the bath was backwards( SO cold was HOT!!). The Hot water was very inconsistent when having a shower (being frozen then burnt). Was woken up by cleaners in the morning trying to get into the room not know it was occupied. When asked for a internet card, the incorrect card was given that was requested then was charged for it and it not being there fault. Poor directions on how to get fresh drinking water. And the walls are very thin, could hear a mouse walking out side. Over all, I will just say i would never stay there again nor recommend anyone to stay. more
