This is one of the best hostels I stayed at. The rooms and bathrooms are so nice, doesn't feel like a hostel. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they go out of the way to help you. Everything is there, the meals, tour help etc etc. The location is excellent as well. I'll definitely stay here again. Thank you... More

I stayed here while I did the 2 day On the Wallaby tour. The staff are all friendly and welcoming. The hostel is really clean and the food that they provide you is really good too! We had the chance to do a dawn canoe in the morning (5am start), plenty of platypus, tree kangaroos and wallabies. We saw the... More

Stayed one night here, really enjoyed the comfortable beds in the share dorm rooms and the people I met there. The host was really nice and welcoming, as were the other guests. The decoration was quaint and unique. I went on the night canoeing trip and loved it. Yungaburra is a beautiful area.

It was so cozy and the people were so nice. We stayed there for one night but could've stayed there for way longer, it felt more like home than any other hostel I'd been in in Australia (and that were many, believe me). The service was great and the people were so helpful. I hope no one takes advantage of... More

The really friendly and informative staff give this clean and well run hostel such a relaxed and laid back feel. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable and the communal evening barbecues put on by the staff are a great way to get everyone talking and socialising. A very pleasant place to stay.

Hostel Location; Yungaburra is a very friendly little town. OTW's not far from a convenience store and within walking distance of a platypus viewing platform. It's also a short drive (1.5km) to the Curtain Fig Tree, a great spot for night time possum and tree-kangaroo spotting. Positives: + Tracy who works there is awesome, friendly and very helpful with your... More
