My family and I stayed at Aqua Vista last weekend (February 2009) in the Sub Penthouse apartment. The views were absolutely stunning with sweeping views of the coastline from Old Woman’s Island through to Point Cartwright. The apartments were modern and lovely, however were unclean. There was pubic hair in the toilet off the foyer and hair in the Spa ensuite off the main bedroom, the ice machine did not work and proceeded to leak water over the tiles. There was a dry cake of soap in the second bathroom which had not been removed from the previous tenants. The main bathroom did not have toilet paper and there were three cigarette burns in the outdoor setting chair which in turn ripped my father’s new board shorts due to the wire on the chair.

There were black marks all over the once beautiful white walls and the white tiled floors were dusty and unclean. (not to mention the black footprints on the white tiles in the main bathroom also) The... more
