My husband & I stayed there recently with my family including 2 young children. The rooms were VERY DIRTY when we checked in & we had to clean the unit ourselves as we found a dirty old bandaid on the floor in our bedroom, a hairball in our bed & the tiles when walked on left our feet black. After being asked to pay for additional guests, over the amount stated on your check in form, you then found things to complain about .We have policies and charges in place, and you were told about them prior to yor arrival.This review is not relevant to what our property provides. More

I have stayed at Rovera Apartments in Cotton Tree a few times while on business trips. It still gives me the feeling like I am at home. Very friendly staff, clean rooms and quiet location. Can recommend for holiday or business.

we would certanly recomend rovera appartments to our freinds & family members, the units & the veiws are absolutly beautiful, the staff & management went out off ther way to help us enjoy our two week stay, thank you all, we will be back, david & christine macartney

What a great place for a holiday. Tucked away in Cotton Tree this is our secret place for a future holidays. Right in the heart of the Sunshine Coast and the heart of the action. Rovera Apartments Cotton Tree. Its a great location, but the bedrooms in the 1bedroom apartments are closed in and dark. Thats why there are no pics of them on the website. I had to upgrade to a better unit - and it cost an extra $340 !. The woman at reception was more concerned in having her lunch than assisting... More
