So glad we stumbled upon this place. Great pub serving very good food next door and quiet, comfortable rooms. Will stay here again when travelling from gatwick

Nice enough Premier Inn, but £70 room only seemed a lot for a basic chain - especially when sign outside said "Rooms from £29". Staff were friendly. Room okay. WiFi didn't seem to work? Reasonably close to Gatwick - which probably explains the price

Comfortable bed ,clean room and Nicola the receptionest was helpful and friendly in fact all the staff were very pleasant,good value.Only disappointment was the breakfast,I would stay there again

My partner and I were attending a birthday celebration in East Grinstead and required an overnight stay. We booked the Premier Inn and were extremely pleased with our choice. Very friendly, helpful staff, clean, comfortable and quiet facilities. Food options and Wi-Fi available. Would recommend to anyone.

This was our third stay at this Premier Inn. After a day's drive from our first stop at Andover via Windsor, we arrived to a very friendly welcome. The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was not as good as other premier inn's i have stayed at but this premier inn was the best i have stayed at. I will stay here again and highly recomend this premier Inn.

“Comfortable night at great price”

We stopped off in a family room for one night. I have to say for £34 the stay was great. The room was clean and comfortable, welcomed by Mandy with a huge smile when we checked in. two ladies from liverpool in facinators flase lashes and new shoes will be forever grateful for the help we recieved she is a credit to the hotel...... on top of the this the food and rooms were of really good value and we had a really good good nights sleep...... a big thank you to Nicola for her help.

Most Premier Inns are good.At this one the staff in the hotel,(Nicola in particular) was very welcoming and helpful.However ,the bed was like sleeping on a plank and the pillows was akin to hugging a boulder.Lousy nights sleep.Should have asked for money back under the guarantee but so totally bleary eyed and anxious to move on we didn't stop either...
