We stayed at the hotel to visit family in the area and was so please with the facilities and service that we used and experience on the first night we choose to stay a second night . Nice, quiet location in East Grinstead. Clean, comfortable and well decorated rooms. Went for a wedding, which was organised by the hotel extremely well. Nice choice of food for breakfast. Room service is very good also. Did not use the spa facilities. more

Whilst reserving two rooms 3 months in advance doesn't seem to guarantee a room at this hotel, the staff incompetence is astounding. Asking to take to a manager receive blank looks and in action that would make McDonald's proud. Room very compact and you can hear every word and foot step of people walking by the room ! no fun late at night or early morning. Reminded me of a motel. more
