Room 102, apart from the wonky floor tiles in the bathroom, which i just put a towel over, it was fantastic value for money. Very clean and really friendly staff. It was a one night stay. We arrived around 10 pm and were quickly checked in. We picked Ibis as they have a pet-friendly policy and we had our Westie with us. You need a car for this hotel, but otherwise it is well located if you need to be in Wellingborough, Rushden and even Northampton. Free parking, reasonable no frills hotel, modern and clean, there is a small bar and restaurant and also McDonald's and a pub a few meters away.

Our towel were dirty to 2 separate rooms After complaining nothing was done and the towels were left in there for the second night although they were left on the floor. The towels were only big enough to cover a small child , why can the hotel not provide decent clean towels as a very basic services

I arrived at the hotel via taxi from Wellingborough Train Station as there is no public transport as the Ibis Wellingborough is not in the city centre.
