On arriving early, we were given tea and cake and plenty of advice about the times to visit the spectacular. The room was extremely comfortable and the shower excellent. Very welcoming and comfortable in a fantastic location. Maria and Eddie were excellent hosts , with lots of helpful local knowledge and the breakfast was divine. Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Maria and Eddie were the perfect hosts on a freezing cold weekend in February. Our every need was catered for, and our room which overlooked the garden full of birds was very comfortable and warm. We were made to feel very welcome, and we would not hesitate to stay again.

From the lovely welcome of tea and cake when we arrived, to the fantastic breakfast on the day of our departure, we felt relaxed and at home at 'Twitchers Retreat'. The room was spotless, the bed extremely comfortable and we loved the views from the balcony. We will definitely be back!
