Very helpful and friendly staff, but let down by the standards of the rooms. Good location for Alton Towers, with free WiFi and Parking, but continental breakfast very pricey, and no option for a cooked one. Adjoining bar popular with meals available till 9pm, and leisure facilities on £1pp per day.
