This was our first stop on the Coast to Coast Walk. Jean volunteered to pick us up in Ennerdale and take us back the next morning so we could stay with her for two days. We are glad we did! She was an excellent hostess and did so much for us.The room was perfect and the food delicious.

Jasmine House is an unattractive house in an unattractive village called Moor Row. The walls are paper thin and you can clearly hear other guests in their rooms. The en-suite in my room was tiny and an unexplained problem meant that there was no water in the morning for a shower or to flush the loo. The breakfast was below... More

Walking coast to coast and stopped here for one night, the weather was dreadful and our boots and clothes were very very wet.
