This is definitely one of the older Premier Inn buildings out there, but, despite a little wear and tear on some of the permanent fixtures, they have managed to keep it in impressive shape - clean, warm, friendly, and very purple. Stayed here for one night only to break a long drive home. Rooms were fine - as you would expect. It just felt a little bit tired. Ajoining pub was quite nice and the food was acceptable. Would use again as it is very conveniently situated on our journey.

Every year we stay here to take part in the Holly Holy Day Celebrations with the Sealed Knot, they gave us a downstairs room because of all the kit we have to carry, the reception staff had good local knowledge of the town and the pubs and restaraunts. Good facilities for visitors with disabilities - lots of rails in bathroom and a detachable shower head. The room also had a lower bed. Room was warm and comfortable. Good breakfast. A fair bit of noise from corridor outside.
