Room was more suitable for single occupancy than double and all light fittings were not working. Having paid much more than £29 fell very short of good value, although it was very convenient having the dining room on site and the food was excellent. Pity about the room. More

Stayed here 3rd October for 1 night as we had got an early morning flight from Manchester Airport. Arrived, contacts on lift door broken, so couldn't use. Drab carpets and dismal hostel like atmosphere. Scuffs on wall touched up with paint that didn't match. Televisions not tuned in properly. No Air-con left windows open - noisy. The staff however are excellent and very welcoming, totally let down by the quality and condition of the hotel. More
