I visit Wisbech on a regular basis with work and I usually stay in a different hotel. Unfortunately that was fully booked and I needed to stay somewhere and the Five Bells is not far so I gave it a go. unfortunately the five bells has gone downhill since i first stopped there five years ago. the food is still good quality either as a bar meal or in the restaraunt but the pub lacks the charm of a few years ago. “It's Not Really A Hotel”

A co-worker drove me to this Hotel and dropped me off, so I was locked there for 2 days. Since sleeping in your car rates as 1 Star. Booked a family room but only had one bed made up. Shower a trickle and my room was above the kitchen so all I could smell was cooking fat/grease. Steep stairs to room and noisy floorboards.
