When you have just done a days work and driven 80 miles to be unable to find the hotel in the dark is more than annoying. There needs to be a much larger notice on the front wall next to the car park entrance. As others said it could do with a good refurbishment. Only one bedside light did not... More

You get what you pay for. Incredible value. Basic but very clean rooms. I have stayed in the past in other Travelodges and this one is the cleanest one. Bed is basically a wooden board with matress. Shower is tiny so is the toilet. Travelodge is located at Beaconsfield Service Station J2 on M40. Service is good and efficient.

Extremely difficult to find - it would be helpful if the directions could mention it is behind the White Hart pub and shares its carpark. Very pleasant welcome from the Receptionist who directed us to room 16 - which, with 17, is one of the first rooms on the first floor and thus right next to the door leading onto... More

After some difficulty finding the hotel in the dark we checked in and was given the last room available. Unfortunately this is directly opposite reception. This meant that we could hear reception conversations and the front door bell being rung every time anyone entered. I complained and was told we could not change rooms. Usual very pleasant attitude from the... More

Stayed for just one night the room was clean and warm, quite location despite being next to a popular restaurant. Shower was almost a power shower. Great location. Large Carpark. Bargin room

My husband and I have stayed in travel lodge type accommodation regularly in the UK and France and I believe are realistic about what standard to expect. This one was a great disappointment and looked tired and uncared for. The main problem was the bathroom , where the heated towel rail had been disconnected - the receptionist said this was... More

Don't stay unless you realise it's a budget hotel in an expensive area. We had a nice room and yes the shower and bathroom a bit tired but you get what you pay for if we were back in area would stop again

I have only stayed in one hotel that was worse than this one. Good job it was New Year's Eve and we didn't get back to our room until 3.30am. The central heating had been disconnected and the radiators removed, however the pipework remained! They had been replaced with an electric heater in the room which was badly fixed to... More

You get what you pay for & whilst this isn't the Ritz for £35 a night it's not bad value for money. It's not worth any more mind you. Location is great in the centre of Beaconsfield, it's clean & basic. Staff were nice & helpful. Just a shame that in the refurb they didn't replace the bathroom tiles that... More
