First impression not great - Receptionist started arrival procedure then was called away and never returned . Eventually another staff member completed after we reminded them we had been waiting for 20 minutes. I spent a week in late August with a friend. We had separate Superior Rooms and they were lovely, with splendid views. The time flew by; I don't know where the week went. Enjoyed a wonderful weekend break at Champneys Henlow. I thought the buiding was lovely especially the main house, food was delicious and facilities were great. As it was a weekend i prebooked my treatments to ensure i got all the treatments i wanted, which were thouroughly enjoyable. All in all a lovely weekend break - well done to my husband... more
