Visited May 14th to 21st with two kids under 5 & my parents. A beautiful hotel setting with water and gardens all over. We were at Kantenah side. I would highly recommend the Palladium Royal Suites. The pools and beaches are never overcrowded with plenty of chairs and towels to go around. Excellent restaurant choices with no problem getting reservations. Liked having El Jardin for just the Royal Suites. Bartenders Luis and Filberto were the best as were Enrique(buffet server) and Victor(La Adelita).

My husband and I stayed at the Kantenah section of the Grand Palladium Akumal May 8th to May 15th of 2012. The first reception employee was not very welcoming at all. A gentleman took over and he had a much nicer manner although when we asked for a complimentary room upgrade he told us the resort was 88 percent full.... More
