The hotel, grounds and decor are very nice but If you stay here, ask for a second floor room. The humidity and rain create a dampness and musty smell in the 1st floor rooms. I stayed twice at the Terranova after 3 consecutive stays at the NH - definitely an improvement. The pool is spacious, the grounds well kept, there is a nice view of the river. The Terranova Hotel in Coatzacoalcos , might not be the most accesible hotel in the city but definetibely it worth taking the trouble getting there , its a very large luxury hotel in the city suburbs by the tropical river and guest might enjoy the beautiful gardens and pool and relaxing garden areas to enjoy the scenery also meals and... more
