The front desk staff - there ones that couldn't help you enough and then ones that makes you feel they are doing a favour by letting have a room. Backbeards could use a big time makeover. Staff is okay and friendly. Do check your registration - somehow they have trouble transferrring information from the form to the computer.

Hotel was clean, room was big, staff were helpful. I arrived a bit early and staff were able to find a room for me early, which I appreciated after a long flight! Central location to everything in the city.

we didn't have any bookings we jus arrived into town. the rooms were clean, fresh and quiet. staff were nice. The resturant beside the hotel, blackbeards was old style, food was average and ok value for money!. front car park was safe and town seemed nice,.

This hotel has nice clean rooms. It was renovated recently and they did a great job. Quiet, clean and good price. Staff is a bit distant to customer relations. I find this hotel to be probably the best one in Estevan. Use to be a independent hotel called "The Beef eater". Reasonable rates- but book ahead and ask for the quiet end!
