Basic room, small flatscreen TV. $110 for my 'business' class room. I set the Themostat to 30 degrees celsius and 24 hours later the room went from 20 to 24 degrees. There is a large noisy AC in the room, so summer would be OK, but freezing in the winter. I enjoy the Pub St Francis downstairs, a restaurant with... More

We stayed at the hotel because it had a pool and we have 2 children -- ages 6 and 8. Unfortunately, on the only day with good weather, the pool was closed! The person at the desk told us that there was no lifeguard since she got "called away to Quebec." It was only when I said I was going... More

This hotel - at least the room that we paid $150 for - was such a HUGE disappointment!!!! The place looks quite nice from the outside BUT our room - on the water - was old + stank like mildew + had stained sheets and carpets + outdated and dirty furnture + tacky wallpaper + a bathroom that was falling... I selected this hotel based on their webpage and having driven by it numerous times. It is the worse hotel/motel I have stayed at in a long time. For $135.00 you would expect a bit more than this. The carpet is stained, should have been changed years ago, the bathroom is from the 1950's and the worse is the smell,... More

So, with my job... I have the delight to experience the wonders of on-the-road-living... half of the hotels, motels (some of the towns I visit lack the 5-star experience), B&Bs & restaurants I visit have limited reviews... so why not share my 2-cents... maybe one day you'll drive 3-hours out of your way and desperately need guidance... Alright... bonjourquebec.com website... More

We arrived on July 24th and leave tomorrow ... the 28th .... We depended on the hotels' description of the rooms ... service .. etc... We almost left the day we arrived ... but stayed because we were meeting friends ... The first look at the room was discouraging ... carpeting from the stone age .. and the room was... More

This was quite literally the worst hotel I've ever had the displeasure of staying in. The bed was hard, lumpy and had springs sticking out. It also made a horrendous noise with the slightest amount of movement. A musty, stale smell permeated the room, which was no surprise given that the hotel clearly had not been (re)furnished since the 1950s.... More

We stayed one night in the hotel at a cost of $75 + tax for a standard room (low season). Cost was the big factor in choosing the hotel and it was en route to Matapedia. The room was a bit dark and the furniture was fairly old and getting worn (as noted by the other reviewers). The door area... More

It is OK for a 3 star hotel but a little bit noisy because of the road. The staff is very friendly. You have a balcony and a nice view. The room is confartable. More
