This was the first time my husband and I have ever stayed at a B&B and we quickly learned it isn't for us. It just feels too much like staying in someone's home, which you are. We stayed here for three nights - definitely get room 3. Much larger and not in a basement. Very modern Inn, built 7 years ago. Hosts very knowlegeable and helpful. The Luckenbooth is a roomy and clean B&B with a partial view of St. Anne's Bay through a thick surrounding of trees.
