We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Artisan Inn, which is situated in the quaint and charming village of Trinity. We stayed at restored Campbell House and shared a lovely cheese platter from the on-site restaurant in front of the fire! We also had dinner at the restaurant 'The Twine Loft', which we would thoroughly recommend! Enjoy! More

I was picking my friend up in Gander and was searching online for a place for us to stay that night in Trinity when I came across the website for the Artisan Inn. It was off-season with limited accommodation available in Trinity and when I called, I was told that the only availability was the Barbour Place Studio Suite. It... More

A friend and I stayed at Campbell House for two nights in October. It could not have been a better weekend. Tineke and her staff were so welcoming and helpful - they helped us plot our sightseeing for the weekend and made sure we had a hot meal and a drink on the deck by the water when we returned.... My husband and I stayed 3 nights in the Studio Suite at the Artisan Inn in mid September. What a treat! We fell in love with the town of Trinity with its beautifully coloured houses and its wonderful history. The Inn itself is very unique. We had a kitchen/living/dining area and a king size bed in a separate room. Very... More

and the wonderful welcome to Artisan Inn made my stay in the area, despite the wild winds!, a treasure. Tineke, Marieke and staff are so helpful, embracing the needs of each guest with warmth and generosity. So many interesting guests as well. I loved the respect for and valuing of history in the maintenance of accommodations. The food was delicious.... More

If you want to experience the true atmosphere of Newfoundland in an authentic historic setting you must either stay or dine here. Set right on the water's edge the restaurant and 'sail loft'-style lounge upstairs is the perfect place to unwind and forget about the rest of the world. Tineke, her daughter Marieke and all their really friendly staff will... More

We stayed at the Campbell House, one of the properties at Artisan Inn. House was built in 1840 and it's character is still intact. Trinity is a charming village..we loved it. But being tall-- these old home doorways were built when people were much shorter which made it somewhat difficult. The ceiling height in our room appeared to be about... More

We spent three very nice nights at the Artisan Inn. Our room was quaint, clean and comfortable. A Keurig coffee maker in the hall was a welcome addition as we enjoyed a fine cup of coffee at our leisure. The staff and owner were very friendly, efficient and helpful. A very nice substantial continental breakfast was served daily. We would... More
