stayed 2 nights. the rooms were very comfortable and clean. breakfast and afternoon tea served daily and is above average. richard will do anything to make your stay memerable. there is a resort fee for this but includes much more like snow shoes, tuboguns, games, movies etc. all in all had a very nice time.

Booked this property via expedia, as I have always found good rates and enjoyed good service from expedia. In this case, there was zero refund available despite cancelling almost immediately. Can't comment on the property as I was not able to visit, perhaps they were able to double sell the room, an inn keepers dream.

Rarely does someone or someplace exceed your expectations. Pinnacle Lodge was clean and quiet. Richard; who runs the place; went above and beyond all expectations. Beautiful place to stay. If you are planning a trip to Sun Peaks you should stay at Pinnacle Lodge.

Our room was nicely decorated, immaculately clean and very comfortable. But the front desk and dining experience was definitely beyond outstanding. Richard made our stay more than we anticipated or expected. Excellent food prepared by Richard himself and a genuine caring attitude regarding our needs and wants made this stay extremely memorable.
