“Comfortable Stay”

We stayed overnight in Dawson Creek and found our room to be clean, comfortable, and quiet. There were two queen beds, a small wet bar area, and a small bathroom. I was very distressed to read this review. We strive at all times to provide excellent customer service. After extensive investigation into this matter, I can only conclude there must have been some sort of misunderstanding.
