Thank you for your comments. We have reviewed our snow removal procedures to ensure optimal safety, the heating unit in that particular room has been inspected, and the flooring is scheduled to be replaced this spring, hence the wooden exterior walkway. Goiod rate on the sign brought us in after being hit by rooms much more expensive as we were on a budget. We were given a nice non smoking room and for the money we paid it roomwas nice, it was fairly quiet and the staff were friendly upon check in and check out. We were upgraded to a jacuzzi...
