i was in varna in august with my teenager son and we had a great time in the hotel with its excellent food nice and polite staff and clean good swimming pool and very nice german and romanian tourists and a nice quiet room.

As fate willed I was there at my second time. Well, I have nothing much to add to my previous report, except next things.
No free wi-fi, in 21 century it is unacceptable, I think. For example Ibero Star - the hotel next to Berlin – has it, and you can come to it and use wi-fi, outside ))).

I was moved to the Hotel Berlin Golden Beach when my reservation with Kaliakra palace was cancelled. I made a reservation through the site Motoroads.com.
Instead of booked twin beds I got a single bed, sea view was replaced with a side sea view. It was stinky odor from the bathroom. The food was terrible, no fresh juices, no salads...

Booked 3 non smoking sea facing rooms with balcony...Got 3 Very Basic smoking rooms facing CAR PARK on 5th floor which stunk of meat cooking at 3 in the morning...Met the ''manageress'' who had a really bad attitude (as did all the staff) the next morning.
