Quiet, had three nights with a good nights sleep. Older hotel, needs to be updated. Carpets, weatherizing, etc... Nothing new that hasn't been brought out before on TripAdvisor hotel reviews for this facility..Very good floor manager. Watch out for the add-ons, refer, microwave.

Everything was great except breakfast was hard to get to if you wanted waffles when there's a large crowds. It would be better if waffle makers and toasters were separate.

This is an older Hotel, which is not very close to the Mall or major shopping or to the Alerus Centre, staff were Ok, rooms are clean and bed was decent, no restaurant except for continental breakfast in the morning, lounge was closed on Sunday, internet in lobby was a disappointment, slow and kept crashing, we had a pool view...
