The hotel seemed to be very new - still had that newness smell about it. The room was big, the bed was comfortable, the tv was a large LCD with a great picture, staff was very good and most importantly the hotel & room were very clean. I've been going to this hotel since it first opened over 3 years ago. The quality and service has been excellent with an awesome free hot breakfast. There are tons of parking in front of the hotel and you are pretty much on the shopping strip in Grand Forks. More

Stayed here many times.  It's very close to Lowe's and the big box stores and restaurants.  It's a few years old and has a nice decor.  The pool was nice too.  They have the usual breakfast that HIE offers (I love their cinnamon rolls).
