Very nice hotel and swimming pool. Very pleasant staff. The continental breakfast was excellent because all of the food was fresh. This hotel has gone through a full renovation since I was here last year. I'm honestly amazed by how nice my room is. The wind is howling outside but I'm warm watching TV in front of the fireplace in my room. They added a little bar/pub too.

Under renovation now but nice rooms and place to stay. I recommend putting in the do not disturb sign on door to keep housekeeping at bay. I would recommend this place and stay there again. Front desk gal at night was super courteous. The place would be fun for the family once they get the construction done.

Newly renovated and very courteous and helpful. Pool is closed for renovations but looks like it will be nice. Rooms are great and decor is nice. A little pricey for the area. Breakfast is included. No elevator. American owned and operated (doesn't smell like curry and incense)

My spouse and I arrived late Thursday. The front desk staff had one smoking room available, and discounted it even with the Shriners in town for a convention. Nice. The room was clean and quiet. Housekeeping had fear in their eyes...not sure why. Breakfast was included and provided the usual foods. Stayed two nights.

We use the AmericInn chain while traveling when all we want is a clean, reliable place to sleep. The Grafton AmericInn met our expectations. Nothing really fancy, but comfortable with the basic amenities of most inexpensive hotels.

Have yet to have a good experience in this hotel. The internet does not stay connected, have never had this problem in any other hotels, yet when asking front desk they say noone else has had this issue. Never get a greeting upon entering.
