This was my first time staying at this hotel. Location was great as it allowed you if so desired to walk to a variety of restaurants. Happy hours was a lovely add on. I would definitely stay at this hotel the next time I am in Fargo and definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Rooms are becoming outdated. No flat screen tv, poor programming on tv, air cond did not work. If i am going to pay $120/ night i am expecting something more modern. Pool area is exceptional.
