The personnel are all very cordial & efficient. We enjoyed our stay, & have previously stayed here in years past, w/not such good results. The new management seems to be doing an exemplary job of adding to their guest's comforts & requirements. Bravo to all of them.....hope it continues. more

I was there with a army reunion group from the korean War. We were treated exceptionally well[including hot macadamia cookies ] The hospitality room was very nice, with everything we needed. The complimentary breakfast was very good. Donna, especially was very cordial and helpful. more

We held our annual Family Reunion in Wilmington this year. The sales manager Donna was absolutely wonderful! The entire hotel staff was very accommodating of our needs. The conference room suited our needs perfectly. They gave us everything we needed! The staff was so friendly that we wanted to adopt them all. more

The staff was wonderful with check in and check out. 25 rooms were booked a couple months early and changes did happen prior to arrival. Everything was still ready to go when we got there with no complications. Thanks for all the help Ms Donna Bachelor! You are awesome! more

I am confused by the terrible reviews. I booked a block of 90 rooms for sixth grade students & adults. The hotel was excellent, the continental breakfast was great, and the staff could not have been better to work with. We will be back more
