If you have been procrastinating about trying a B&B, just go here and enjoy yourself. This was our first try, and boy was it a great experience. Everything was just outstanding. From the room, (tea rose) to the delicious home made breakfast. But most of all, the owners of this B&B, are just the best. So GO! More

Spent 3 nights at the Rosehill Inn B & B in Wilmington, NC. The location is perfect....within walking distance to the water and in the historic district. Innkeepers, Bob & Patricia, and son Sean, were very hospitable. The breakfasts were delicious; none of the run-of-the mill fare...very gourmet! The Carolina Room was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The two sitting rooms... More

The home is beautiful and the innkeepers are very nice. Breakfast was gourmet and they went out of their way to honor dietary restrictions! Rooms were VERY clean and well appointed. House was in close proximity to walk to everything in Downtown Wilmington. However, our room (Heritage) was located on the front of the house and the street noise (cars,... More

We have just returned to the UK after 4 weeks of travelling in Virginia, North and South Carolina and can honestly say that we would like to have spent more time in Wilmington. Sean was very welcoming and informative on our arrival and we soon met Tricia and Bob who are really lovely people. Their home is beautiful and very... More

We had such a great stay. Loved the rooms, the area, the owners, the food. we had a wedding to go to, all in walking distance, to all of the festivities. The whole Family of the groom stayed @ the inn. More

I'll start by saying that this was our first time staying at a B&B. I'd always been reluctant to stay in someone else's home. This experience changed my thinking about B&Bs. The inn-keepers, Bob and Trisha, made us feel very welcome from the moment we set foot into their beautiful, historic home. The room was very large and comfortable, but... More

What a wonderfully charming and romantic little piece of heaven!! Look no farther, as this little inn is simply superb!! Feels as if you stepped back into a little history. This historic inn is absolutely one of our favorite places we have stayed. The inn keepers were fabulous and the gourmet breakfasts were better than a 5 star restaurant!! We... More

When on vacation from the UK we were travelling around Virgina and North Carolina only booking one stay ahead. We researched whilst on our travels for accommadation with good reviews and were pleased to find that there was a vacancy for the 2 nights. Tricia and Bob were very welcoming and the room was so comfotable. Bottled water and chocolates... More

Bob, Tricia, and Shane made our stay a delight as always. This was our third stay at Rosehill Inn and I hope it won't be our last but we don't get there often now. They bend over backwards to accommodate dietary restrictions if known and the rooms are exceptionally clean. One of the best B&B's. More

Bob, the owner, is a very nice man (his wife and son also are innkeepers). He is engaging in conversation and can recommend several great places to eat. The home itself is a large older home in downtown Wilmington that has been very well taken care of and preserved. We enjoyed our stay at Rosehill and the owner's were nice,... More
