I have stayed here twice. Both times the staff and rooms have been wonderful. The hotel is simplistic but the kitchen and provided supplies are extremely useful. Great location, minutes from downtown and beaches. It's a steal. This is where I will stay when in town. More

Super location to EVERYTHING! Beaches, historic sights, shopping and dining. Room was sterile clean, good quality towels and linens. Quick response to requests. Super cool a/c. We came into town for the weekend for my sister's graduation and were pleasantly surprised by the Suburban. The kitchenette was clean and very useful, the pool was great and the people were very friendly. I will be staying here the next time I go back to Wilmington. More

Both times we've stayed here we've woken up to bedbugs itching our skin and loud people next door/ above us until early hours in the morning. Also if someone smokes next door, it comes in your room.
