We called and spoke to Richard and received a rate below the website's published rates. The location is fantastic - in the heart of downtown, waliking distance to shops, restaurants and clubs. We appreciated the free off street parking as parking is a nightmare in downtown Wilmington on weekends. We stayed in the Pearl Buck suite and absolutely loved it.... More

My husband and I recently visited the Front Street Inn to celebrate our 1yr anniversary. This place is located in a great location in downtown Wilmington. It is on the edge of Front Street so it isn't loud, but you are steps away from great restaurants and bars. The breakfast they serve in the morning is delicious. We were able... More

My fiance and I wanted to spend a few days away before he deployed and I chose this place based on the location and other reviews. And it did not disappoint! Beautiful rooms in a beautiful, very conveinant, part of town. We decided to book a last minute massage and the staff was able to accomodate us and we didn't... More

My husband and I stayed here on Memorial Day weekend. We chose it for its close proximity to where I was having a musical performance. Everything in the downtown area is walkable from here, so this location is optimal. It was so nice to see there was a small parking area, as it looked as if parking is at a... More

Loved it! Food was great, room was very nice and clean, everything was thought of! Very close to water front and all restaurants and bars downtown. Would recommend to anyone who likes romantic bed and breakfasts in a great downtown location. Breakfast was excellent! More

This place has been great for my wife and I for over 12 years. Richard and Polly are very welcoming and accommodating. All the rooms are comfortable and have alot of character. The proximity to all the downtown activities and waterfront district is great. Look forward to our next trip down!! More

My wife and I were here for our anniversary. The owners were exceptionally nice folks who were down to earth and approachable. They will do their best to make your stay pleasurable. If you want to be downtown then the location is perfect. One GREAT thing is they have their own parking so you don't have to pay the meters... More

Meant to write this up months ago! Stayed here last Fall with my mom and sister and we all enjoyed ourselves enormously. The inn couldn't be better located (right in the historic district, just off the riverwalk) and the owners were both friendly and helpful. It would be fun to stay here during the Azalea Festival or Riverfest. More

Just returned from a three-day trip to Wilmington, where we stayed at the Front Street Inn. The suite (Molly Brown) was cozy and very comfortable, with all that we needed for our two-night stay, and a balcony seating area right outside the door. Everything was well maintained and pleasant. The owners/hosts are a welcoming and delightful couple, whose presence and... More

The inn is a renovated early 20th brick building, originally a Salvation Army facility. Four rooms are indoors on the first floorl four are above, accessed by an outdoor stairway; and three are on the rear of the property facing the owners' home. I stayed in the Segovia, an interior room. It was pleasant and not small. Biggest disappointment with... More
