Room was terribly damp. Rug was wet. Could not walk on carpet because it was wet. Could not close bathroom door. It was swollen from the dampness. Dehumidfier had to be brought in and emptied by US ever six hours to get the dampness out of the room. No other room was offered to us. GREAT DISAPPOINTMENT. More

We were allowed to check in early so our grandchildren could swim. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The breakfast selection was good as well as the food was good. The staff were very friendly and we had a very enjoyable stay. I would recommend it to anyone. More

I stayed here one night. When I arrived, there were hairs in the shower and the pillows smelled as if they had not been changed. I am Diamond Hilton and this is not acceptable. This hotel was such a great bargain! Everything was clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the room even had a mini-fridge! This property was picked for the out-of-town guests at a wedding. Problem relative to credit card charges - resolved to our total satisfaction. Visiting baseball teams filed their coolers for the day out of the ice machines. This overtaxed the machine's capacity but would have happened at any property. Overall: very pleasant. More

I travel for work a great deal. This Hampton was far below what you usually find at this chain. Two very thin towels, poorly vacuumed floor, dirty and smelly microwave and mini fridge.
