The renovated rooms are not bad, just make sure that's what you get. Our first night stay was in a first floor, outside access only, non renovated room. It wasn't the cleanest of rooms and very hard to sleep with all the outside noise.

This is an old hotel that has been halfway updated. The layout is sketchy with rooms located in different exterior corridors and doors that open to the outside. My worst hotel stay ever. It was a 60's style hotel with exterior entrances. The cold air penetrated the outside doors and had to stuff towels in doors to prevent the draft. The rooms appear to be recently renovated and the staff was extremely friendly. Very convenient to I-85 and also downtown Salisbury.

My family decided to not to cook this year for Thanksgiving. Instead, we decided to try the highly recommended Holiday Inn Salisbury Thanksgiving buffet.
