We stayed bc we attended the Polar Express and it was a closer option and not the cheapest or lowest rate. Upon entering our room we found it smelling awful and when I called the front desk the woman said they were fully booked and had no other option. When i asked if we everyone was checked in she said no and then i asked if we could have one of those rooms since my kid had asthma. She seemed confused and said they were “assigned” and it was fully booked again. When i asked if she could reassign us to a different room that wasnt checked in yet she gave me attitude and said again they are fully booked bc of Polar Express Train. Fine it was one night well stay. When i turned the ac on (yes in December) since the room was so humid and stale I saw the white sheer curtains shredded and all around the room walls were “fixed” and not repainted. Later while showering there was mold everywhere on the walls and ceiling. One small shampoo and a small bar soap for body and face. The breakfast was lacking with “egg” patties tasting like “wet sponge” as my son told me and sausage patties almost as bad. One waffle machine made for a busy line. Cold food breakfast was all sugar pastries. No bagels or other breads. OJ was a very dark orange. The last straw that made me post this was finding men’s underwear in my bed at the headboard. This place is going downhill fast. I would not recommend this hotel/motel even for one quick night. Just as bad as a Motel 8 if not worse.

Stayed for 3 nights while visiting family in the area. The hotel was clean. Evidence of the buildings age is apparent here and there, however there have been/is being updated. We slept well and all interactions with employees were good. Breakfast seemed to be a bit limited- likely by the pandemic situation. Very good access right off of the highway.

This hotel has the nicest front desk staff of any hotel I have ever stayed at. We have stayed here several times over the past two months while visiting my mom at Trinity Oaks across the street. It appears this property has had a refresh in recent years and is in good shape.

We arrived after midnight. This usually causes an issue for check-in, but not here. Walked right up, greeted immediately and by a very nice southern gentleman, Mr. Morgan. Advised us on the breakfast hours and what was offered. Room was clean, beds were comfy (lot of pillows!). Bathroom was updated and clean as well. The only concern, if you're a light sleeper you should know you can hear the highway road noise. They offer free popcorn in the lobby!

My room was exceptionally clean and updated. The bed was very firm, but they had plenty of pillows. My room was above the pool and it was a bit noisy until the pool closed. The hotel appears to have had renovations recently. Very well-pleased with my stay.

Safe, well lit, and friendly staff. Quality Inn employees should model their behavior from this staff. This hotel might be slightly dated but the staff will make you feel at home. A great place to escape the road!

Good price for the value. I always stay here if they have a room available. It's Always clean and orderly. Aircondition is adequate but my room was facing west,so it took a little while to get down to where I like it. 70 degrees, Wi-Fi is slow Breakfast is included with room.

My first experience began before my arrival. Unfortunately my daughter had been placed in the hospital before our arrival, and so I called the front desk to find if I could alter my reservations due to the unforeseen circumstances. However, instead of sympathy or understanding- the person I spoke with wouldn’t even let me finish and said “No” I can’t help you. Then, while the hotel was nice in and of itself- the staff were a nuisance. The front desk person always sat in the chairs in the lobby, they were never behind the front desk. The lobby and gazebo were constantly overran by what appeared to be staff personnel’s family member just hanging out. They were always outside smoking by the entrance or sitting in the lobby. The housekeeping staff literally overlook the dining area during the continental breakfast. There were barely seats to sit at because they toon up so much room. Then they loudly and rudely spoke Spanish- to the point that you couldn’t carry your own conversation because they were so loud- and to top it off they consumed most of the food so that there was very little breakfast left. Speaking of breakfast, the continental breakfast was very pitiful. The selection was very slim, which is fine as it was a continental breakfast. However, everything was dried up or empty and was not replenished. Literally the boiled eggs looked like raisins, the egg circles were like rubber, and the biscuits, danishes, muffins were rock hard. From one day to the next there would be depleted items that weren’t replenished, for example they ran out of yogurt and never refilled for 3 days. The staff began gathering the breakfast items before the set end time of 9am- regardless if people were still eating. And I am not a coffee snob- but that was THE WORST coffee I have ever consumed. We ended up going and buying coffee each day and even went out to eat for breakfast a few times because the breakfast was so awful. All in all, this hotel looks fairly decent for the price- but unfortunately the facility as well as our stay has been ruined by the terrible staff.

Hotel staff was very friendly and did their very best to help. Room was quiet and clean. We were so happy that we could not hear any noise from the rooms on either side of us. Towel racks are needed in the bathroom and also the shower floor was very slippery. No bath mat. Looked like this hotel has been recently remodeled. Location was great for us.
