We stayed in Bright this Autumn for a biking holiday. This Lodge was just what we needed for a relaxed, comfortable and most enjoyable weekend. we are staying here for the audax bike ride. very thoughtful preparation by the owner, who has supplied just about everything visitors need, from eskys to fly spray, to a full range of kitchen utensils. the rooms are fully decorated as if they are permanently inhabited, pristine hygiene. highly recommended.

Westwood Lodge is a fabulous place to stay for small families, good friends, or couples. The relatively recent renovations make everything feel schmick and welcoming, yet also have some personality so you don't feel like you're in a generic hotel room. “Totally unexpected value!”

On our way back from a weeks snowboarding at Mt Hotham we needed somewhere to stay for a night. The website suggested they had a two night minimum but when we called, the people at Westwood allowed us to stay for 1 night.
