My husband and I recenlty got married at Martindale Hall, thanks to our celebrant Bob McGilchrist and our string quartet, Burgandy strings it was a ceremony that will be remembered fondly. The location was perfect for its romantic aspect and the photographer, Jason Champion was able to take some splendid pictures. We found pre-wedding organisation very difficult with several things... I was a little disappointed with this place which we went to for a function with friends. Firstly, we were told upon our arrival that we couldn't check in until 4pm. This was after a very early morning flight and then a 2hr drive from Adelaide. We were very tired and sorry to hear this, so we occupied ourselves elsewhere.... More
