This was our first B and B experience and im worried it might be all down hill from here. The cottage was wonderful and very well appointed ( no cheap appliances in sight). Very clean and with more little details than we could have hoped for, your choice of a roaring fire or reverse cycle, a huge spa and even... More

Roxane, what an experience! Thanks so much for your warm hospitality, heavenly goodies - best bread I've ever had - and everything right at our doorstep. I can't thank you enough. We had the best time in the beautiful Barossa and it is all thanks to you! Will definitely be back very soon!

We stayed in Rose Cottage for 3 nights. It was $220 per night with breakfast provisions included. The cottage which was lovely and clean presents beautifully and has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. We were so comfortable being able to spread out after a number of days in hotel rooms. The cottage is nicely furnished with good quality furnishings and... More

Thank you for your lovely comments about Country Pleasures. It is always nice to know that people enjoyed themselves at my property. As a newcomer to this industry following in the footsteps of a very experienced operator, it means a lot to me that people take the time to comment More

This bed and breakfast was a real find. Everything we could possibly want was already waiting for us upon arrival. It was a short walk into Angaston and all the pleasures of the Barossa were a short drive away. Come to think of it, why venture too far away from Country Pleasures B and B at all?

Really quite delightful. Little lavender sprigs on the towels, roses from the garden in a vase, home baked bread, home made fig, lemon & ginger jam, fresh basil, eggs from the chickens in the backyard, abundant provisions, impeccably clean. It's the little touches that make this faux old cottage feel very homely and welcoming. Very quiet, pretty garden, good quality... More

While the "cottages" dont have the feel of many wine country lodgings (road facing in residential area) dont be fooled- the cottages are impressive. Wonderfully furnished, spotlessly clean and quiet, the Rose Cottage was truly a home. The living area with plasma TV and selction of current DVDs attaches to the full size kitchen. As you walk through the place... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at Country Pleasures in the Rose Cottage. It was just perfect for our needs and there was no detail overlooked. The cottages are spacious yet cosy and are very well equipped for a short or a longer stay. Jo, the owner, is a welcoming and hospitable host who was very kind and helpful and... More
