My boyfriend and I have recently returned from staying in this hotel. We went for a week and overall enjoyed our holiday. Hotel was clean, rooms basic with just bed, wardrobe and bathroom, small balcony and a tv which is in german! (can get cnn and mtv with amercian programmes!) Pool area is small with only 9 sunbeds....not much considering... more

Came back from the Mundial last week, had a great time as we stayed for a music event. The hotel it self is extremely clean and the staff were friendly. The rooms i found were disisappointing as they were to basic even though we only used it as a base. Could do with being a bit more up to date... more

hotel had a very good location, rooms were very basic but extremely clean. only real dissapointment was the food. very international as there were mostly german and dutch using the hotel. Service excellent and receptionist Rosa was extremely helpful. Pool was very small. more

Hotel was noisey, people running about slamming doors never slept any night without disturbance. Rooms basic but they were clean. Dining room staff unfriendly and interested only in getting cleared up early, rather than keeping milk, bread etc stocked up. always had to ask for something. 3 of us went (all female, 30+) for a relaxing break. Lloret is not ideal for relaxing (busy and bustling) but the hotel was quiet and relaxing, just up a side street, despite being close to the bars, clubs, resaurants and shops. Location excellent for all ameneties, including the beach. Hotel was excellent for a 3*. Very clean and spacious.... more

The hotel itself is in a very good location, near to bars, restaurants, tclubs, the beach etc... however the attitude of staff is not exactly pleasent. (especially the receptionist). After our first day, all our towels went missing, its to say the cleaners came in and made the beds then took all the towels (even some that we hadn't used)... more
