We just got back from a weekend at this hotel and overall we were very disappointed. I don't know if there are new rooms and old rooms in this hotel, but we certainly had an old room (first floor, 110) that was nowhere near being 4 star grade. Just had 4 night all inclusive stay at the Acacias and loved it. Was a little concerned after reading a few of the reviews but need not have worried.
