4 of us , visited late june 2010 on an all-inclusive basis (2 rooms of 2people) 1st room had a balcony... about a foot wide. 2nd room had a window with great views of air shaft (see pictures), we complained to reception about(2nd room) and they moved us up to top floor overlooking shops(huge balcony). The hotel is totally ok, the rooms are clean and take care of cleanliness, the bathroom is great, the food is good the only gripe with the beds. I recommend:)
