Location of the B&B is very good, near to the historical centre, 10 minutes walk to porto. The rooms are right above a supermarket which was very helpful because the breakfast was very poor - 1 tiny croissant, 2 little toasts with a piece of butter and jam, cofee or tee. The room was comfortable, clean and with air conditioning....
