We spent five days there, and really enjoyed the location, the small town, the hotel and the nearby sights. The. Food in all restaurants was excellent. The rooms were clean, neat, with good facilities. The walks and every imaginable form of transportation are fascinating.

I have returned to Bad Schandau again in July and despite the bad weather we had excellent stay. We have been reserved in family room, which has one bed room and adjoining room, perfect for children. The only suggestion would be to have the bed mattress firmer... Othewise excellent as always.
