Internet show everything is excellent but in reality It is totally a mess... you talk about reception, room service, rooms, food all are very BAD.... no professionalism at all...I will never recommend anyone to stay here.

Hotel Samrat, quite comfortable and reasonable hotel... though require some basic rennovation and whitewash still I would rate very good. AC in Deluxe room was quite effective and food was also nice....

Good hot shower; excellent food in the restaurant, breakfast not included though; cleanliness good; room service good. For budget hotel, not bad. The hotel is quite old though, some repair would be welcome.
