I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms and other amenities were clean and in great condition. The location of this hotel is great because it very close to the mall, restaurants an dof course downtown Raleigh.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the comfort of the rooms. There were choices of soft/firm pillows and the staff was outstanding. When I arrived I noticed that my room smelled of cigarette smoke and they were extremely helpful and immediately offered to move me to another room (which did not smell of smoke). The healthclub is adequate (no bicycles)

Every once in a while, we have guests that smoke in a non-smoking room. Sometimes that can be frustrating. We do have a few smoking rooms in the hotel reserved just for smoking guests.

I am truly embarrassed that we did not replentish coffee in a guest room. It is obviously an area we need to watch closely. We do participate in a water conservation program; I will be sure we do a better job communicating it in the future.

We love when guests choose us as their "home away from home." I often hear that we have the most comfortable beds ever (and nothing is better than a good night's sleep).
